January 24, 2018….updated all 2017 Series, Event and Track Champions for all of Oregon, Washington, Montana and California….plus added Civil War Series Top Ten in Standings for 1999, 2003 and 2017….added Top Ten in 360 Sprints at Placerville for 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008…..

Thursday’s with Mo…..



Morgan Turpen ran all week with the USCS 360 Series as they had their Speedweek….a number of races were rained out…..On Saturday May 26th at Jackson Motor Speedway…..Morgan won her Dash and was 4th in the Main event finishing one spot out of the podium right behind Danny Smith….Shane Morgan won and it was his first ever USCS win….Both races the next two nights May 27th and 28th at Greenville and Lexington 104 Speedway were rained out….Morgan was back in action on Thursday at Talladega Short Track in Alabama were she won both her Heat and the Dash….in the Main she came home 7th with Sammy Swindell winning and Tony Stewart finishing third right behind Derek Hagar…..On Friday Night June 1st Morgan would again win her heat race and in the main come home 5th finishing behind 4 good drivers as Hagar won followed by Swindell, Tony Stewart and Brandon Hanks….it was on to the last night of Speedweek and another chance to get the first win of the year…..At Riverside Speedway Morgan would again finish just outside the top five with a 6th place finish…..for the week she had an average finish of 5th over the course of Speedweek…….


2018 By the Number:   17 Races, 9 Top 5’s, 16 Top 10s……and 3 Podiums.
